Stormwater Permit Requirements
In general, the Planning Department will route applications to the Stormwater Section for review when there are new and/or replaced impervious and/or semi-pervious surfaces, or if there are changes to existing drainage patterns.
All applicants are required to follow design requirements as outlined in the County of Santa Cruz Design Criteria (CDC).
