Residential Parking Permits

Property owners and tenants residing within the Live Oak Parking Zone may purchase permits (please view parking zone map to see if you are a "Resident." The gold-colored street sections designate Residents). Residents may apply for up to five (5) permits per residence. The first 2 permits issued will be stickers at no charge and are valid through 2019; additional three permits are good for ONE season. You may choose a transferable hangtag @ $15 (vehicle information not required) or a nontransferable sticker at $8 (vehicle information required). DMV information is required for motorcycles and trailers. Please use the Resident Permit Application.

During the season, permits are required on weekends and holidays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Fee charged for replaced permits. No refunds or exhanges will be made for any reason including, but not limited to, loss, theft, beach closure or environmental conditions such as a fire or inclement weather.

NOTE: State Parks permits and Santa Cruz Harbor permits are NOT valid in the Live Oak Parking Zone.
