Live Oak Parking

The Live Oak Parking Program (LOPP), which was established to provide beach access for visitors and reduce traffic congestion in beach neighborhoods, will begin its season the first weekend in April through the first weekend in September. As in previous years, motor vehicles parked in the road right‐of‐way during this time must display a valid Live Oak Parking Program permit, or a citation will be issued. Enforcement hours are 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and the following holidays: Monday, May 30 (Memorial Day), Monday, July 4 (Independence Day), and Monday, September 5 (Labor Day), 2016.

Please use the links on the left to obtain more information regarding business, residential, Seasonal Visitor and Special permits.

Please Note: Visitors to the Live Oak Parking Zone who do not wish to purchase a seasonal parking permit, are eligible for non‐transferable permits valid anywhere in the Live Oak Parking zone. On Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays during the season, visitors may purchase permits from the Live Oak Parking Trailer, located at the corner of 9th Avenue and East Cliff Drive, after 10:00 a.m. and before 5:00 p.m. You may also purchase permits from Live Oak Parking Attendants patrolling the zone. These permits are non‐transferable.
